    Between 10:30 AM and 10:36 AM Pacific, the NexHealth API failed to serve 90% of requests. Requests would see an HTML error message indicating "This website is under heavy load (queue full)". NexHealth web applications were also down during this period, with users seeing a blank white screen or a timeout error.

    We have mitigated the immediate impact of this incident, and the NexHealth API and web applications should now be functioning normally.
